If you don’t have this amenity, a few simple upgrades to any outdoor space could make the difference between a signed lease… or not!


Make sure your home has a soft spot for an afternoon cat nap.  A tufted headboard is the purr-fect place.  Try adding some outdoor pillows on your patio so your pup has a soft surface to lean up against.
