The Café at Williams Square

LOCATION: Las Colinas, TX   |   SIZE: 7500 s.f.

WHAT: Take an abandoned restaurant and converting it into a fast casual restaurant and cafe amenity for the Williams Square Towers tenants. Hood vents through 40 story building. Creating a fast casual dining and coffee café area with multi-station options to serve all levels of building demographics

PROBLEM: The project covered over 7500 square feet of restaurant, kitchen and bar space. The existing kitchen was converted into a working four entrée station and catering kitchen. Dining area covered the existing previous restaurant space and incorporated the atrium area adding a addition of 2000 square feet. The existing bar was converted into a café with a casual seating area.

SOLUTION: Opened in September 2006. The restaurant offers a fantastic menu ranging from made to order grilled hamburgers and sandwiches, with salad varieties, and gourmet pizzas and a fantastic seasonal rotating entrée bar in a serene and contemporary yet rustic setting. The café also offers a Starbuck’s, Paciugo’s Italian gelato, Wi-Fi accessibility and plaza seating for tenants and visitors. It is now a phenomenal place to sit and enjoy a wonderful meal in a beautifully designed space.
