The Nehemiah Coffee Company was born through our client’s mission to provide a place for the local community to gather and connect. This shared amenity serves the adjoining multifamily apartment residents, as well as the surrounding Arlington neighborhoods. Located on The Truman at Arlington Commons master planned site, Nehemiah Coffee Company is a free-standing, two-story building that includes a drive-through.

Connected to The Truman via a sky bridge, the second story provides a coworking amenity for residents, with the convenience of a full service coffee shop and restaurant at the street level. Working closely with the client, as well as restaurant hospitality vendors and local artisans, we teamed with Switch to carefully craft the Nehemiah Coffee Company’s brand story, turning our interior design concept into a fully branded food and beverage experience.
