Lead Times & Shipping

Our items are custom, made-to-order pieces that have been carefully curated by WORKSHOP | studio with our distinctive client in mind. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, typical production lead times range from 8-10 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

We currently ship domestically throughout the contiguous Continental United States including the District of Columbia. At this time, we are not equipped to ship elsewhere through our site. If you are outside of this area and need an item, send us an email, and we can see what we can do! Most of our items ship via UPS ground, and average 3 - 7 business days in transit once they leave the factory. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, item inspections, and last mile delivery. Domestic shipping rates per item are as follows:

ARTWORK

All of our items are custom, and made-to-order just for you! Please allow 8-10 weeks for production, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Due to the custom nature of these pieces, all sales are final.

OVERSIZED & FRAGILE DELIVERIES 

Most of our items will ship via UPS, but larger and delicate items will be delivered by a delivery service provider depending on the item. Orders sent via White Glove or Freight Carrier average 3-15 business days transit, depending on delivery location. Any corresponding White Glove or Freight delivery charges for larger items will be noted on the product page, and calculated at order check out.

When an item is ready for delivery, a WORKSHOP | studio representative from your local delivery agent will reach out to you directly to schedule a good time to deliver your piece. The agent will assist in moving and placing the item in the desired location of your home. Items that require assembly or additional White Glove Installation are noted on the product page.

Before your scheduled delivery, please make sure the pathway and the area where you’d like the item placed are clear. The delivery personnel cannot move existing furniture or make modifications to the space.

We ask that you take the time to review and inspect your items upon delivery, and provide a signature upon receipt. DAMAGED PRODUCT

Damages to merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but do happen occasionally. Should an item arrive with a defect or damage, we will have a replacement shipped as soon as possible. 

Please inspect items thoroughly at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to packaging on the receiving agent’s paperwork. Please report any damage or defect to our Customer Experience team within 48 hours of delivery so that we may file a damage claim and get a replacement into production.

Returns

Our collection of items has been carefully curated by WORKSHOP | studio with our distinctive client in mind. At this time, we do not accept returns due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each and every piece we offer.
