Situated in the burgeoning historic district of Lewisville, The Mill Old Town boasts more than 8,700 square feet of new construction leasing and amenity space on two floors. The first floor lobby features soaring ceilings with a stained wood beam detail as well as brick details reminiscent of an old warehouse. An approximately 500 square foot co-working catwalk overlooks the lobby, drawing a sense of curiosity into the space. A series of brick archways draw visitors into the club amenity space. Featuring a fireplace, library, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen, the club space is the perfect community hub for the adjacent courtyard pool.
The arched corridor also opens up to a 915 square-foot boutique hotel styled lobby space that includes 250 mailboxes, 64 package lockers, as well as an access controlled oversize package room. Additional amenities include a moody fitness room and attached yoga / spin studio adjacent to spacious pool restrooms as well as two model units.
The Mill Old Town’s old world meets modern design style and adventurous spirit serves as a backdrop for this project's engaging community spaces. This project is a key example of how our team uses the Explorer Archetype to conceptually identify with the human desire for freedom.
This narrative will promote adventure along Main Street and Ferguson Plaza, as well as nearby parks. The Explorer Archetype also taps into the historical site reference through the ideas of industrial innovation and discovery.
