The first multifamily project constructed in the Arlington, TX community since the 2008 downturn, Arlington Commons | The Roosevelt is the first Phase of a ten-year master planned redevelopment. The Roosevelt features more than 8000 square feet of amenity space, and two fully furnished model units. This project also includes two expansive outdoor amenity spaces.
The design for the amenities takes advantage of expansive storefront windows, pulling light into bright and vibrant interior spaces. While maximizing unit count, we were challenged with a somewhat low volume in the secondary club space. We utilized a simple trim detail to add visual interest to the space without a lot of ceiling height.
