A Class A garden style multifamily project located just south of Austin, Hays Junction integrates a modern Texas aesthetic in a suburban context. With a club of more than 3,600 square feet of amenity space, this property also features a resort style pool and an advanced fitness facility.
This project includes a number of three-story unit buildings with facades mostly constructed of siding. We tackled this challenge by utilizing various color schemes on the exteriors to break up the buildings. This project led to several others with the same team.
