This new construction multifamily project situated just north of Austin in Leander, TX boasts more than 7,500 square feet of resident amenity space layered with moody and unexpected texture.

Tapping into the surrounding community’s technology driven economy, for this project we chose The Outlaw Archetype to conceptually identify with the human desire for Liberation. This narrative promotes exploration along the San Gabriel River as well as nearby trails. The Outlaw Archetype also provides a contrast to the uniformity of neighboring sites.

River Junction's Texas ranch architectural style serves as a backdrop for this project's adventurous spirit. River Junction is a prime example of how we use Brand Archetypes in our design process.
