The concept for Onesan was created via a test kitchen in the neighboring Republic Texas Tavern. With an established neighborhood following and a unique culinary vision, Onesan delivers creative asian small plates and world class sushi in a beautifully intimate space.

Crafted with our client’s neighborhood ties in mind, Onesan presents a sensually inviting space to meet old friends for a hand crafted cocktail, or make new acquaintances at the large open bar. In this approximately 2,500 square foot food and beverage concept, cheeky details and texture for days make for a dazzling backdrop for dining guests.
